• Promotion period refers to the above redemption period listed. Sales transaction and reward redemption must fall and redeem within this period.
• Designated electronic payment methods only include credit card, EPS, Octopus, UnionPay, Apple Pay, AlipayHK, Tap & Go and WeChat Pay HK or any other electronic payment as received by the merchants.  Any transaction of value-adding services, purchase of cash vouchers/ gift vouchers/ gift cards and membership fee payment is NOT eligible for this promotion.
•  To join the promotion, customers are required to login onsite and present their own physical credit card(s)/ EPS card(s)/ Octopus Card(s) used for the spending; corresponding original machine-printed receipt(s) from Cyberport outlet(s) and electronic payment slip(s) (can accumulate slips from maximum 2 different outlets). Customers are required to login the App and show the transaction(s) for mobile payment (screen cap is not accepted). Cash, Gift Card/Voucher of any tenants, and other payment methods are NOT accepted.
• Only the actual transaction amount will be counted for redemption, that is, the net amount paid after deducting discounts, service charges, promotion coupons, cash coupons, gift certificates, gift cards, points, credit card rebates, or any form of rewards or rebates.
• For instalment payments, the amount of the first instalment paid rather than the total transaction amount will be accepted for this promotion. Deposit and balance payments will be counted according to the transaction amount paid as stated on the respective merchant’s machine-printed sales receipt.
• Only original machine-printed receipt issued by merchants in the Arcade and the Annex of Cyberport is accepted for the redemption. Damaged, handwritten, photocopies, re-printed, Octopus added value and ATM bill payment receipt will not be accepted.
• Value-adding receipts, transaction for purchasing or spending with tenants’ cash vouchers/gift vouchers/gift cards are NOT eligible for redemption.
• Receipts from bank charges, membership fee payment, medical charges, insurance & investment fee payment, property agencies, Post Office, telecommunications services, bill payment service, car parking fee, car wash services, Pop-up and Bazaar are NOT eligible for related promotion.
• All spending receipts that have been used for redemption are NOT eligible for refund from the outlets. If customers MUST get the refund, they should return the redeemed rewards to the redemption counter prior to refund.
• Each eligible original receipt will entitle each customer one registration only. The redemption cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers (except Parking Promotion).
• All rewards are NOT FOR SALE, non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts, and are non-returnable. The Arcade & participating outlets reserve the right to collect or cancel the rewards used for sale.
• Any loss or damage suffered after the premiums are collected by the customer will not be replaced or reimbursed. Redemption on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock last.
• Customers should refer to coupons for respective usage terms and details. Non-exchangeable and non-returnable after redemption.
• Events are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.
